FINANCE MANAGER
Pieta are seeking to recruit a Finance Manager, reporting to the
Director of Finance and Operations, this is a key position in the
management structure of Pieta. Duties will include the preparation of
monthly management accounts, budgeting and forecasting, and financial
support to clinical and fundraising departments.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Pieta are seeking to recruit a Finance Manager, report to the Director
of Finance and Operations, this is a key position in the management
structure of Pieta. Duties will include the preparation of monthly
management accounts, budgeting and forecasting, and financial support
to clinical and fundraising departments. The role will involve
management of the finance team covering accounts payable, income,
accounts receivable and payroll. Being able to work on own initiative,
manage a remote team and be self-directed and organised are
requirements of the role. A strong focus on the internal control
environment is also required.
* Monthly management accounts preparation with analysis
* Statutory accounts preparation and compliance
* Tax Compliance
* Budgeting and forecasting
* Lead and develop finance team
* Managing the audit process
* Set up of new processes and controls where required
* Review and management of debtors and creditors reconciliations
* Attend and present at Board sub committee meetings
* Review and improve finance policies, procedures and controls
* Work closely with finance team to ensure smooth running of
department
* Contribute to continuous improvements and ad hoc projects that may
arise from time to time
EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
* Fully Qualified Accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification
* 3 years' experience working in a Finance Function
* Ability to plan, organise, and prioritise workload, and to reach
and meet deadlines on time
* Successful track record of introducing and implementing process
improvements
* Advanced IT skills and working knowledge of MS Office and
reporting
* Strong attention to detail
* Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Excellent relationship skills for internal and external
collaboration and stakeholder management
